Passport Inn Kemah Texas Called to book a room with the Passport Inn Kemah,Texas,,,I had to cancel my booking went thru Booking.com all through the add it said,,Free Cancelation. I not only did not get a refund or even a discount or maybe a rebooking fee. They charged me the full room amount but they ADDED TAXES.  Internet

 So very disappointed in the Passport Inn Kemah Texas. Used my credit card to take money for services unrendered. I booked a room and the number I dialed directed me to Booking.com where all throughout the add it said at 4 different locations on the add.... Free cancellation. I called 24 hours before Cancelation directly to the inn and was told to direct the call through Booking.com. I told them all I told the inn and they then directed the call RIGHT BACK TO THE INN. THE INN not only did not credit my card , they charged me full price for the room and Charged me taxes. I'm a senior citizen and that place stold my social security money. Not very well the AMERICAN WAY, .Wouldnt you say????I really feel that Passport Inn, Kemah Texas ripped me off. I never would have given my card number to illegally take my money. I guesd letting the public know so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I EVEN CALLED THE HOTEL PERSONALLY 24 HOURS BEFORE MY CHECK IN . STILL ALL THROUGH THE ADD.... FREE CANCELLATION. THIS IS JUST PLAIN STEELING FROM A SENIOR CITIZEN.LADY THAT YOU HAVE STOLD MY SOCIAL SECURITY MONEY. I WILL PUT THE WORD OUT HOW VERY DISAPPOINTED I AM AND RIGHT HERE AT CHRISTMAS TIME. NOT TOO AMERICAN IF YOU ASK ME
