Pastimes Pub and Grill Toni, Manager Horrible rude workers and service Columbus Ohio

This review is for Pastimes Pub and Grill 121 E.Campus View Blvd.

Columbus, Ohio 43235 This was the first and the last time that I would ever visit this place. I went in and since it was my first time I went to the servers, it was a group of them chatting and laughing with each other, not seem to be doing much and I told them that this is my first time and ask them if I should wait to be seated or should I grab a seat and a table. They said I can grab any table, so I did. Not even five minutes after, a guy named Toni came to me and said: "There is a "NO TRUST" put on you, You are not welcome in the building".

I was shocked and asked why? He said: "for calling the police on us". I said, man I just got here and I just told your servers that this is my first time so when did I call the police on you. He looked at me and said a moment ago you called the police and you are not welcome here.

I told him again that I did not call the police, this is my first time here. So, I got so mad, I left, he did not apologize, than I went back 5mns later and asked to speak to the manager. The ladies (Servers) told me the manager is the guy who just spoke to me. So, I explained what happened to the girls, they all acted like they were surprised and then Toni came out and said that: "Maam, I am sorry, you just resemble someone else.

I told him how wrong he was and he was like, I am trying to apologize to you maam and he was so cold. So, I left. I would never set my foot in this place again. Mind you, I have been out all day and I am trying to get something to eat and my sugar had dropped and i was getting light headed and i wanted to get something to eat so bad and this is the experience I get.

If that is the way you treat your customers, they will leave one by one.

I can go to another place and get proper service but you do need customers to keep coming back in order to stay in business.
