Mr. Gwinn persuaded Crow Creek General Manager and the Sands Ocean Club to participate with him and a Crow Creek Golf Magazine with hole descriptions and advertising. Mr. Gwinn was paid in advance for this magazine and never produced it. This was done in 2009 and he has failed to repay either Crow Creek or Sands Ocean Club and it is way over due!

After a long timeframe, Mr. Pat Gwinn has repaid his entire debt of $1200 to the Sands Ocean Club. I am grateful that we were able to work out a Payment schedule that suited both Mr. Gwinn and the Sands Ocean Club.

Mr. Gwinn had always acknowledged his debt but was never able to make payment and he finally has and I sincerely appreciate his efforts toward repaying his debt to the Ocean Club.
