Patent And Trademark Institute - PTI, They Have Over $8750 Of My Money And Don't Want to give it back. They Called Me! Roslyn Heights New York

I paid $795.00 for research and seemed to get it. After paying them another $10,000.00 plus George Henry told me that an escrow account was set up in my name to pay a patent attorney to get me a patent for my idea. After speaking with the patent attorney he told me that he advised I not even file for a patent.

I then contacted George Henry to request what money was left over to be sent back to me. He gave me an address to send my formal request to , so I did. When it came back return to sender I called George Henry again and found out that PTI was being sued by the FTC and that all accounts and assets were frozen.

It has been 2 years and I still haven't received one penny back from PTI! The FTC Hotline is 202-326-2926.
The FTC advised me that no escrow accounts were setup period. Mad as H*ll!
