The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Rick Blake during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Patent Services USA.

Patent Services USA has a network of independent registered patent attorneys, universities, technical writers, animation designers, and graphic designers that work together to aid individuals and corporations with, researching, developing, protecting by filing for a patent and handling of prosecution as well as doing marketing on a contingency basis through an affiliate company of ours."

Leads for Patent Services USA are purchased through lead generating agencies. Rick Blake went on to explain the sales process for his company, "the individual initially submits an invention to our corporation . We read it and we review it to see if it's something we can actually work with. We do not work with every single idea." After the invention, has been accessed for its fit with the company, "then the first step will researching the invention to determine if there are any merits to it. The research will include a patent search with a legal opinion through an independent registered patent attorney, as well as a 32 factor market analysis through an independent university. These independent professionals will provide an objective opinion If research comes back favorable, then the inventor will have the option to proceed with filing for a patent under their name as well as the development of the product which is the proof of concept, The final step of the process involves marketing the product through an affiliate company”, "then the first step will be to research the invention to see if there are any merits to it. The research will include a patent search with a legal opinion through an independent registered patent attorney, as well as a 32 fact of market analysis through an independent university. That will give us objective results from objective opinions about the merits of the invention. If that comes back favorable, then the inventor will have the option to proceed with filing for a patent under their name as well as the development of the product which is the proof of concept." The final step of the process involves marketing the product through an affiliate company.





CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – PATENT SERVICES USA

During the on-site interview, Mr. Blake was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Blake expressed that their most common complaint arises when, "we didn't call inventors back within 24 hours or 48 hours." He explained that the product demand is extremely high so sometimes employees are not available to answer all of the phone calls within 48 hours. In order to combat complaints of this nature, "we provide a portal for the inventors to submit an invention and monitor the process and the progress of their product. They will have direct communications with my employees through that portal. In the event there is an issue, Inventors can create a ticket, The ticket actually gets to me directly, and I address it immediately with the inventor and resolve the issue."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Blake stated the following, "we are confident that the two reports on Rip-off reports...are fake reviews." He additionally stated, "we have recently won an injunction in the courts against a competitor of ours. Since then we have seen a backlash on-line because of that injunction. We believe these two reports on Rip-off report are fake." In order to further assure future and current clients Patent Services USA is the only invention company that is registered with the United Inventor Association, and they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Blake stated, "we introduced the feature which is the tickets in portal where they can actually describe their complaints and the complaints will come directly to me so it doesn't get filtered through my employees."

It is revealing that the complaint poster did not provide any information to verify their identity from this ripoffreport account, which appears to have been created for the purpose of disparaging our business. Patent Services USA recently won an injunction against one of its competitors in a court case. Since then we have been receiving online backlash, which appears to be done in an attempt to disparage our firm. This company is a big dissapointment, I invested all my savings thinking this company will help me bring my invention to life and also receive an actual patent but instead I had the worst customer service experience in my life, I always had to be on top of everything, calling my representative 2 to 3 times a day, never getting a responce. when he actually called, he was very rude and when I had questions he ignored me completely. I knew it wasn't going to be easy but this company made it worse. PATENT SERVICES USA is breaking FTC laws, they are a fraud, when I was already stressed out I ask for a refund but the agent hung up on me and never picked up the phone again. I tried to talk to other reps but they said they couldn't find me in the system and hung up on me. At this point I'm desperate, I invested thousands of dollars, the only money I had and no one in this company is profesionally enough to Help me!! PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! For future customers please do your research before trusting your dreams and money to this company.. this is a SCAM AND A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. PLEASE STOP STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS.
