In November 2002,I heard of this company by email and I contacted them and I was told to go on the website to submit me idea with the free inventors kit. So as time passed I didn't hear anything from anybody, once I submitted the imformation, so I contacted them. When I contacted them they told me that they never received my information so they sent me a free inventors kit by mail. After about a month of receiving my information I was first contacted by a guy named Mark Bressler and he was telling me about this great invention that I had and they had a meeting on it and that they would like to move forward with it. So on December 02, 2002 I received a New Product Portfolio Agreement, in it contained portfolio overview introduction/invention data. On 12/17/02 I signed and dated the agreement and sent it back with $695.00 to start the patent search process. The next consultant to call me was Pat Ralton, I received a Inventor-Patent/Trademark/Copyright Assistance Agreement from him. It contained the different patent that you could apply for. Plan 1 was a full program for $9,675.00 Plan 2 was for a provisional patent for $4,975.00 Plan 3 was a Trademark-Copyright program for $1,995.00 which they explained to me had very little protection Plan 4 was $ 13,475.00 for a International Patent Pending Application. They were trying to talk me into the more expensive one but I choose Plan 2.On 3/18/03 I signed and dated that and sent that back alone with the $4,975.00. On 7/15/03 I was contacted by attorney out of Las Vegas NV the firms name was Aaron's & Fleisher,INC a company that PTI referred to me. They informed me that in three weeks that they would be filing my provisional patent application. My provisional patent was good for only one year so after that one year, if nothing happened such as presenting it at tradeshows or no company being interested in it, then to keep it going there was a balance of $6200.00 to upgrade my contract. The total that I paid for this service was $11,870.00 and all I got was hopes and headaches. After a while I became very skeptical, because for one the inventions fell into too many hands and also each time they said that they attended a tradeshow and they say that their was a company there that want more info on your invention, they should have been able to provide it right then and there. When I called them to question them about it, it's hard to get someone.
