In June of 2011 I received an email from an artist from Reverbnation asking me if I wanted to participate in a filming that will be aired on B.E.T, He left me his manager's number so I call to learn more about it. His manager name was Patricia Follin. We talked about the event and she told me it will be aired on B.E.T, MTV, The Word Network, and the Bounce
Network in the fall. She said the cost was $275 to participate. So after I agreed to participate, her company emailed me the registration form. I filled it out and faxed it back to her.

She told me I had to pay by Money Gram so once I get the card with the money on it, call her back with the pin number on the card. So I bought a Money Gram card from Wal-Mart and put the amount of $275 on the card. Afterwards I called her and gave her the pin number. She took the pin number down and said she would call me back. After she call me back I asked her for a receipt and she stated she was going to email me the receipt but she never did. The dates I was asked to come to Saint Louis was July 23 and 24 so I agreed. Immediately I asked her could she help me book a hotel in the area, she insisted and helped me find a room.

I reserved the room for one night. She contacted me about 3 days later stating she had to reschedule the dates to July
26 and 27. I had to reschedule the dates for the hotel reservation which was not a problem because it didn't cost me anything. So I asked to email her the tracks I was going to perform and I did. The next day she called me about rescheduling the dates again so I begun to get a little frustrated with her so we argued over the phone because I was planning to reservate a rental car to drive there and I had to keep rescheduling with them and the hotel. So she ended telling me to just come on July 27 and she will film all 4 of my songs on that one day so I agreed. So Wednesday July 27 came and I found a baby sitter for my kids and I go to get the rental. I paid $268 to rent the cars 3 days. As soon as I got the car Patricia called me and said don't leave yet, so I asked her why? She told me to wait until she called me back.

 So I waited and 15 minutes later she called me back and told me she just got out of a meeting and the date had to
get rescheduled for Sunday July 31. So I'm heated now because it was hard for me to find a baby sitter, I had to reschedule all over again with the hotel and then I paid for the rental car and she calls after I've paid my money for the
car. So we argued over the phone again. She decided to reimburse me $100 for the rental but I had to help pay for the money to be sent to me. I started to see a HUGE lack of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness in Patricia which
made me question her about why she never sent me a receipt, her reply was your receipt is what you received from the Money Pak card and I told her no the receipt from the Money Pak card is from the purchase of the Money Pak card so
she said she was going to send it when she return to her office.

So I agreed to go on July 31. I purchased the rental car for $248 for 2 days. I also had to pay an extra $5 towards my hotel reservation because it cost more to room on the weekend. So when I arrived, on Sunday morning I had to be at Jumpin Jupiter by 12 noon. I talked to Patricia about 11:30am to get better instructions on how to get there. She gave me the directions and told me she was going to be running a little late. When we arrived to Jumpin Jupiter we waited for Patricia to get there. All of a sudden, the camera crew gets a call stating Patricia got in a car accident where she suffered a cuncussion so she won't be there. So I did my four songs and asked the guy that filled in for Patricia about when the show was airing and he said he said in the fall, so I asked in the fall when, so he stated Patricia will let us know.

 So after we left, my wife called Patricia and there was no answer or response. So when we finally got back home, a week goes by after I've texted her twice and still didn't hear from her. So I called one of the musicians that was there to
perform and he told me he haven't heard from Patricia either. Then he told me that a friend told him to google Patricia's name and he did and found out that Patricia have a history of a con artist. So I decided to google her name for
myself and there it was, Patricia Follin had complaint after complaint, lawsuit after lawsuit, she even had different last names she used to from her previous marriages. I immediately knew as of then I'd been conned. So I got on her
website and posted the links that I googled. She calls me the next morning asking me why did I post that on her site.

I even seen on her site that she was posting new information on her website the day after her so called car accident
but when she called me she claimed she didn't call me back because she was trying to recover from her accident. She went on to say that she's not going to use my recorded material because of what I posted on her website so I asked for
my money back and she replied, it's no refunds, so we argued back and forth. Then I posted those links all over the web so she couldn't con anybody else. After not speaking with her most of August, I contacted her at the beginning of
September and sked her when the show was airing. She said she was going to let everyone know before the end of September so they would have a chance to promote themselves because it was airing in October.

By then I was getting a cold shoulder so she never contacted me in September, so I texted her and told her she was going to have to give me a refund or I was going to file legal actions against her for lying about the whole matter. She nonchalantly told me to be her guess so it's the end of October, no tv show, no email or call from her, and no refund. So here I am.
