Expected the service.
Got reminders to pay, but no honoring of the proposal.
Fortunately, I filed with Paypal quick enough to get my money back. If you have paid, go through the paypal resolution center and you WILL get paid, just make sure to link to this site and others.
I got my money back within 30 days.
Otherwise, Patrick/Bernard is quite blatantly dishonorable and I hope you all get your money back and he is sued.
