Patrick Cochran ,aka, Pat Pretends to own the Property Mission Viejo California

I too met with Patrick Cochran, he had a add on Craigslist Orange County homes for Sale, I told him that we were looking for home, I liked the home that he advertised, instead of meeting at his office or the Home for sale he asked me o meet him at Starbucks near John Wayne, he lives near by on the Santa Ana side. Main & MacArthur, he was there before I arrived, I shook hands, grabbed a coffee, turned around to sit down, he had a 40 yr chinese woman who may be his s she was more on the ball than he was, then instead of taking me to the home, he opened a photo album of mls listings in Blk & white bad opie, address blacked out, he ask me to sign a piece of paper, I read thru it, thinking it was a no compete type contract with Ohio real estate laws on it? odd..he wanted 50 grand cash, just for taking me to a property he didnt own, he add clearly stated that he was the owner, I called and questioned him, he lied, he sounded drunk and called late at night, I called the local board of realtors, he comes off like a broker. He has adds all over, google his cell. He only had a cheap condo & one over priced home, he still does...HE IS A CON...only purpose is to steal your money or your home. I will glady testify when he finally gets caught.
