I rented an apt from this person and he called me the night before getting on a plane and said his apt caught on fire. He said he would refund me my money. This happened in Dec 08 and still as of 2-09 I still haven't gotten my money back ($950.00) I have dicovered from checking into this a little more, he doesn't even own the property he was renting to me.
