Patrick S Morris Assurant Legal Services Paid to prepare bankruptcy paperwork and never delivered Denver Colorado

 Patrick, you need to quit. YOU suggested that I file a chapter 13 to keep my car after it had already been repoed because you failed to file my original paperwork in a timely matter.

I called you so many times and you would not answer. We had to make a fake number just so that you would answer and you did. You setup a meeting with me and did not show up. We called and pretended to be a customer who needed his services, we set up a meeting at the library and you showed up AFTER telling us you were out of town!  So what part of that is okay??

I did not pay my filing fees because the whole bankruptcy was botched by you!!!

I eventually got my bankruptcy completed and discharged, PROFESSIONAL and in a TIMELY MANNER through another company.

But hey you get what you pay for! I would suggest that if you are going to complete a bankruptcy go through an actual bankruptcy lawyer, not somebody that says I do bankruptcies for $300..... you'll end up paying over $1,000.00 anyway....

You are absolutely right Mr. Morris in your recent insult, had I been diligent in paying my bills I would have never needed to file bankruptcy in the first place.  But isn't that what your clients come to you for? Trust you for? I paid you for a service and it was none of your business why I needed them. I have worked extremely hard for the things I have. Bankruptcy OFTEN offers relief to people during hard financial times such as divorce and the sudden death of a loved one such as I have suffered. It is not your right to take advantage of such weaknesses. 

The people that you continue to refer to, I do not know personally. I was referred to you in a very casual conversation thru a third party whom I've since learned that they too have been ripped off by you!!

He RIPS OFF EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER OR TWO IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO SAY HE ACTUALLY HELPED SOMEONE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON POSSIBLY BEING THE PERSON HE RIPS OFF!!!

My advice to anyone who is pursuing banckruptcy as debt relief is DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS GUY. YOU HAVE ABOUT A 50/50 CHANCE ON BEING SCAMMED.  

Mr. Morris, regardless to what you say about me, you know the truth. I paid you $300 cash and you proceeded to bullsh*t me over the course of a month. Every complaint about you has the same story. I have no idea how you continue to get away with this. But I thank god for Karma and criminals. Surely your going to catch the right one on the wrong day my friend.

It's really sad how ignorant some people are. For some reason my race of people believe that being ghetto and ratchet is a good character trait to have. Then to use a deragotory term like the N'word show's this person ignorance even more.

Ask yourself this Ms Dudley why out of all the people I've dealt with, are you the only one that didnt get their case filed? Look in the mirror at how you behave and think you are entitled and the world owes you something. I have offered to file your case, with updated information. TODAY right now.. Yet all you want to do is try to insult, hard working black men. It's speaks more of your motivation than it does your desire to become debt free.

Victims? Hmm lets investigate that. I have MANY clients rolling brand new cars, with zero down, the day after I filed thier cases. I have stopped multiple foreclosures, repo's, and garnishments, ALL CASES I FILED!!!!!

I challange you to go on PACER, which you probably dont even know what it is, and research ALL the cases I've filed, just this year..except for Darian and his braindead girlfriend, ALL of my clients cases were discharged. People are starting new credit files, paying bills on time etc.. No but you, you want to sit and spew your ignorance on rip-off report.

Had you been this diligent in paying your bills, like you are at writing lies and insults on the internet, you probably wouldnt even have to file bankruptcy... But that''s none of my business...

 I'm not angry as I've learned a valuble leason. When you deal with street n*****s as oppossed to PROFESSIONALS with REPUTABLE businesses, you get exactly what I got..NOTHING. The BBB dismissed my claim because I did not accept your reply, thus closing the case I suppose. I've moved on and could care less about your little nickel and dime operation. I was done with it after my initial complaint. Like I said, lesson learned. Everything from here is just me replying to you and your attempt to save face with your future victims. I rant not, I don't need to. The fact that your company is listed here and we are even having this conversation speaks volumes. This has to be exhausting for you. LET IT GO. M Dudley even the BBB sided with me. You would rather rant than resolve. I've tried many times to resolve this matter, yet all you do is run your mouth on here. My business has an A rating with the BBB, they investigated your complaint and closed it because again all you want to do is yell and not try to fix it. 

Your attempts to harm my business have been in vain. I'm still in business and I'm still helping people. I've offered to do a new petition with updated information but you would rather be angry over something that can be fixed. You just don't want to.

I worked with Patrick Morris with my Bankruptcy, and he was great.  He helped me throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my millions of questions, and keep me level headed throughout this process.  I would recommend him to anyone that is filing bankruptcy.  

I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Morris. He prepared my Chapter 7 bankruptcy, as well as one for my son-in-law, and I also referred my ex-husband to him as well. All of our petitions were completed within a timely fashion and filed without any problems whatsoever. The only issue that I had during the entire process wasn't with Assurant, but rather the  company I had done my credit counseling with.

They had gone out of business without warning and I was unable to get my certificate from them but fortunately I was able to take the counseling through another company and Mr. Morris prepared an additional motion for me free of charge to submit to the bankruptcy court along with the certificate explaining the lateness in the certificate date. It was accepted by the court and I am now thankfully debt free, with the exception of the new 2012 Mazda 6 I was able to finance through the awesome car dealership Mr. Morris referred me to :-)

I HIGHLY recommend Assurant Legal Services to anyone looking to free themselves from debt and get a fresh start. You shouldn't have to put yourself further into debt trying to get out of debt. The service he provides is well worth the $300 to get your life back. He also knows where to get you a great deal on a great car....

I have several more friends, family members and co-workers I will be referring to him. 

PAID HIM $300 FOR A BANKRUPTCY..NEVER RECEIVED A THING..HAVEN'T SEEN HIM SINCE. Anything worth having is worth PAYING FULL PRICE for or dealing with a professional. This is NOT a professional. The $300 I lost was unfortunately well worth that valuable lesson.

Let me be very clear. Darian Hopkins your "girl" contracted me to do a chapter 13, of which was done, filed and she was able to get her car back. I was going to do the conversion as a favor but it was not apart of the contract...READ IT!! Thus i fulfilled our contract in full... Her case was subsequently dismissed 05/14/2014 for her failure to pay the filing fee in installments, and for failure to provide tax return information to the trustee. So the repo man will be at the car very soon. Good luck with that..

But to be honest after all this BS YOU, MS DUDLEY, DAVID NINH have put me through I WILL NOT assist you or anyone affiliated with you on anything bankruptcy related. I have over 300 discharged cases on PACER with just as many happy customers. So your attempts to slander my name has been in vain. And I dont care what David Ninh is doing at the library, I no longer have to see people at the library, I have my own offices in the tech center now. If anyone of you think I have done anything inproper I implore you to file a civil case for breech of contract with the small claims court in your county of residence and we will see what a magistrate has to say about it..

Patrick you can say whatever you want about me sweetheart, I could care less. The fact of the matter is I paid you $300 for a petition you NEVER prepared. Which, considering you've never obtained copies of my 3 credit reports or a list of my assets, would be pretty impossible. I have nothing to gain from this other than the knowledge on who NOT to conduct business with in the future. Whoever reads this report (and all the others written on you since 2011 on Patrick S Morris, Patrick Morris etc.) has obviously been presented with reason to look into your scamming ___!!

None of that has anything to do with the business You Patrick Morris has done. YOU HAVE NOT completed my girls bankrupcy. YOU have not returned her phones calls or text. YOU have not converted her BK the way that you stated you would. The reason you are doing it at a discounted rate is because of the 4 referrals I sent you. Personally I never had no issues with you. The fact was when I send people to you and you do not follow thru. I have people contacting me with this same story. I was contacted by David Ninh 3039370345 email davidusavinco@gmail.com .. This person has went to the library with your information letting them know what you are doing. So do not try to put the blame on anyone else. Yes you handled my cousins correctly but after that everyone else has complained. As I stated you have a NOT COMPLETED  the work for my girl and it has been well over a month. You want to rectify this situation you have my contact information and we can leave this petty  Internet stuff alone.

The overall ignorance of this person who is hiding behind some fake profile name shows in everything they write on here. Again, for the record this person would rather spend their time writing untrue rambling, terrible grammer filled insults than to resolve the issue.

Bottomline I believe this person was trying to get something for nothing. She wanted me to return her money and give her the completed petition to file. I refuse to work for free.

I have filed more than 300 cases and will challenge anyone to go on PACER, enter my name or my company name and see if there is any of these alledged complaints. Everyone of my clients have received their discharges and started their lives over again with a clean financial slate.

AS far as the gentleman that said he had a way to get in touch with me and that I was at the Library if anyone wanted to "talk to me". His name is Darian Hopkins and I know for a fact he is on probation for felony fraud and other infractions. I know a list of people that would love his information in order to file lawsuits and or a criminal complaint against him... I did bankruptcys for both of his brothers..Both happy customers, both received their discharge, in addition to doing a chapter 13 for his girlfriend and a substantially lower rate.

So these post seem to be more personal than based on fact. Ms Dudley fails to mention that the people that complained about me have ALL reveived their discharges and went away happy.

I will continue to ardently defend my company and most importantly my reputation against these salacious and false allegations.

That wasnt a threat, it was a question.  And why else would you have reports on here dated back to 2011 with you claiming the same thing, the paperwork is in the mail? AGAIN. GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY IF YOU WANT TO, AND TAKE THE RISK OF BEING SCAMMED BY "PIMPIN PAT" AS HE REFERES TO HIMSELF ON FACEBOOK. 

First and foremost Assurant Legal Service categorically denies these allegations. This particular client has been informed many times before that her documents were complete and ready to file. Once a specific date could not be set, I attempted to mail her documents to her address of record. It came back as "not a valid address". The client then proceeded to threaten me with violence and other harassing behavior. At that point I informed the client that was uncomfortable meeting with her, due to the threats and that she could designate a 3rd party, in writing, to retrieve her documents. Til this day that has not happened. 

In regards to whoever this other person whom posted he has a way to get people in touch with me, I have no idea who this person is and have never provided a service to a person with that phone number or email address. 

Remember you can't please all the people all the time. We offer an affordable alternative to pricey attorneys. I stand by my position and am still in possession of the completed case that is ready to file.
