Patriot Home Services Threatened to beat my A$$!!! Ellicott City Maryland

 I used to be a contractor for this so called company.  Aside from being the most unorganized company I've ever received work from, their entire staff needs an attitude adjustment. 

After countless times of being talked down to over the phone and in emails about how to perform work orders, I finally stood up for myself.  One day I received a call from the owner telling me I needed to return to a job that I didn't complete correctly.  If I was instructed on what needed to be completed the first time in an organized fashion, I would have!

Anyways, after the belittling I just received, I politely asked if she (Natasha Wheatley) could have a better attitude the next time we were on the phone conversating.  I know that was probably no the "business-like" way to approach the situation but I've had enough by this point.  After a minute of denial and no apology, I had the pleasure of speaking with Loren Wheatley (the real owner/husband), who snatched the phone from his rude wife.

When I had spoke with Mr. Wheatley previously he had been a pleasant person to speak with.  However, he preceeded to threaten that he was going to come to the site I was at to beat my a*s!  I was told repeatedly not to talk his wife like that.  I'd hate to see how he would react if I had said anything harsh!  He continued to threaten and yell at me at the top of his lungs, my fellow contractor could hear him on the other end of the line 20 feet away.  Out of anger, before I could ever get one word in, I was "fired". 

I never got the chance to tell them how big of a favor they really actually did me.  I was stressed out trying to deal with their lack of communication skills and organization.  Now, only if they would finally pay me for the work I invoiced them...
