Patriot Movers & Progressive Van Lines picked up our belongings from March 21, 2005 did not deliver until April 3, 2005 with everything damaged, water soaked with water draining from everything, furnitures and everything broken. Ripoff Anthem Arizona

Patriot gave us an estimate of 6,500, total charge of $2,582.19, $100.00 each extra for organ and lawn mower, Stuart Sheinfeld of Patriot demanded a deposit of $550.00 stating it has to be done or else the move is not secure. After paperwork recieved we observed that Patriot was a broker we called Stuart Sheinfeld and demanded a refund who expressed himself that he promise we will not have a problem, the move will be very safe and the delivery would be March 25, 2005. After several calls to Patriot we were told Stuart cannot communicate with us anymore, therefore we were given 1800-446-0929 ext 2300- Kimberly who was never available. However, we recieved a call March 26,2005 from Progressive stating the balance for delivery, we were also told that our delivery would not be the 25th but a week from the date we requested delivery.

On April 3, 2005 our delivery came after several calls for direction to get to us, we finally had to go and meet them and escorted them to our home. We discovered during the delivery that our dresser were broken, EVERY furniture was wet, dirty and water draining from them, we had to place in garage, our bedroom set , entertainment set recliner side tables that was bought 6 months ago were broken, chair fett broken, formicas lifting off due to water, hats dirty, wet with water, dishes, ceramics broken, computer tables broken, everything was damaged, we took pictures of the whole scene and have for showing.Lawn mower that we paid extra to deliver missing, the driver and delivery man [Ron] called Progressive the time at our house, spoke to Mr Baraugh who stated"it is here, why didn;'t you make sure it was on the truck?, we will deliver within the next week" We have not recieve the lawn mower yet. We have tried to call them, left several messages but no one returns a call. Approximately last week Thursday May 7,2005 we recieved a letter stating our weight on the truck was 460 lbs therefore they can only repay us $260.00 which is ridiculous. Please help us and make sure they don't do this to anyone else.I have so much more to say but the computer will not permit me. I'll do anything to bring them to justice.
