Be aware that a new moving broker, Patriot Moving, is simply an alias for National Moving Network.

NMN currently has 120 complaints on this site about setting up customers with known scam or unlicensed movers.

They give a low estimate based on an emailed or phone inventory given by the customer, when the actual weight is much heavier, resulting in higher bills from the movers.

Once the load has been picked up, your friendly NMN customer service rep can no longer be reached, and finding any other live person is very difficult. NMN claims no responsibility for any wrongdoings by the moving company.

Patriot moving is directly linked to NMN. Their website, www.patriotmoving.com, is registered to NMN at NMN's address and phone number. The wording is identical to NMN's website. The phone number on PM's website is NMN's. The license number listed at the bottom left is for NMN.

DO NOT USE PATRIOT MOVING, THEY ARE REALLY NATIONAL MOVING NETWORK!

Look Randy Goldberg, or Stuart, or whatever you want to be called today, at least keep your rebuttals straight. There is no customer in this report. As for the customer that you are meaning to respond to, the fact remains that the movers you hired did not show up for the dates she hired you for. That in itself is breach of contract. She certainly has a right to complain any and everywhere she wants to, regardless of your feeble attempts at retaining her as a customer. I stand by my opinion, as a former victim of National Moving Network, that she is MUCH better off with her stuff having been ignored.

FALSE INFORMATION

This customer was called several times for pick up and never responded to any of our messages. We pick up thousands of customers in that area and when we already make arrangements to pick up the customers when we call them they need to be available. We also notified this customer that she can use this credit with Patriot good for one year and she refused. At that point we had already routed a truck to her home, and sent her all the paperwork. The deposit was kept because we did our promised services. Customers need to make sure that we have all the correct contact information when they make the reservation because we do attempt to call you two days before the pick up date.
