Paul Cerame Kia Scratch and Win Florissant Missouri

 I was mailed a Scratch & Win leaflet. If the number matched one of the 5 prizes, I won! In my case, I thought I had won $1,000. There was no purchase necessary. There was also a check sized coupon worth $2,017 towards a down payment on a used car. Prior to visiting the dealership, I called and stated that I had no job, no down payment, no collateral, and no credit then asked did I really win $1,000. I was told, " Yes" and that all I needed was my ID and the leaflet with the 'Official Pin' on it. I get out there and it turns out that the winning leaflet was for the chance to 'spin' on the website to see if I had one. I did not get 3 of a kind, so I won $2.....yes Two Dollars. It cost more in gas to pay someone to take me to the dealership!!
