Paul Farber U. S. Castcutter Supply, The Cast Cutter Repain Center, orientalexpress4422 and titanium4422 on ebay. Exchanged his worn out saw for my good saw and then demanded a refund. Willow Grove, Pennsylvania

Orientalexpress4422 bought my good cast cutter saw on ebay for $203.50.  He then turned around and stated that I did not send the saw in my listing, that I sent him a broken, chipped and worn out saw in which he is returning for a refund. 

Paul Farber also goes by the ebay name of titanium4422.  I discovered this when I was researching this crook.  Under titanium4422, he tried to get me to sell the saw outside the ebay bidding process.  He offered $300  to sell it to him now.  He was trying to cheat the ebay policies.  I said "no".  If I had the saw he described, it would only make sense to sell it at this time since it would not be covered by the ebay protection program.

He then bought the saw under his second ebay name of orientalexpress4422 for $203.50.  He said I sent him a junk saw.  I took pictures of the saw returned to me by Paul Farber and it is NOT the very good saw I sent to him.  He deals is saws and was trying to get mine for free and dispose of one of his junk saws.

I submitted pictures of my saw and his saw, I opened his returned saw with gloves to prove that the only finger prints on it are his, I contacted people he cheated on ebay and submitted the email replies of how he cheated them.  Ebay finally refunded the $203.50 to me but I am do not know what happened to Paul Farber.  Ebay probably has let this scammer get away with cheating since he has the ebay store called  U.S. Cast Cutter Supply.  The physical store in Willow Grove, PA is NOT listed with the B.B.B. and I could not find the store listed under any state or city licences.  The physical store is called The Cast Cutter Repair Center.

Beware of this guy.  He has cheated people before, cheated me now and will cheat others in the future.
