Paul had been recommended to me as a first-rate copywriter last March 2010, so I hired him to write sales copy for a web page, and also a squeeze page. I paid him in advance. Months rolled by and in spite of many pleas for my copy, he didn't deliver until June, when he delivered the sales page only, which was adequate, but not great. He never did deliver the copy for my squeeze page in spite of repeated attempts to get it.
I have been in touch with other people to whom this has happened.
Run, don't walk, away from PAUL McQUILLAN and ONSLAUGHT MARKETING.

Evidently Paul doesn't remember complaints on the heels of mine

When I was posting a complaint about Paul at Warrior Forum, I began receiving emails from a person who had paid Paul what he considered a large sum of money to create a sales page. He wrote me several times asking if we could band together and force WF to DO something, since Paul had "absconded" with the money and not delivered the copy. In fact, what I remember is this person said that Paul had received the funds and immediately taken a trip to Europe or somewhere. My hard disk with those emails has since died, and I no longer have them, but believe me, there was a flurry of complaint activity about Paul on the WF and Paul went back and deleted all his old posts in the Copywriting section of WF so that the complaints would not be evident.
I have no more to say about this. I am stunned that Paul has the nerve to respond in a tone that suggests that he did nothing wrong when he has ripped off at least one other person I know of, who actually hired an attorney to get some kind of monetary relief.

I know for a fact there is not one of these posts... as I just looked all
the way back to 2009. Give your first and last name so we can research
you and let's see what pops up. It's easy to do it to someone when
hidden. I did not rip you off and I demand you prove I did.

Many, many people know about problems with Paul's work

I am not going to dignify his defense with too many words. Many, many people have complained about the timeliness or lack thereof of Paul McQuillan's work. He does not deliver on time and the work, in my opinion, is substandard, and then for him to retort that my ebook was "poorly written" is just not defensible.
It doesn't take much research on the Warrior Forum to find post after post, "Hey, what happened to Paul? He promised me X and I never got it," etc.

Not the whole story

Sadly I had no idea about this report until now. This project was
completed and as for being 'mediocre', that is subjective as the
client never used it. As for the squeeze page that was not part
of the initial deal. It did take me longer to write the page as the
product was very limiting (an ebook poorly written). I did the best
I could for what I had to work with.
