Paul Pac Preys Upon Devout Catholics and the Elderly Hanceville, Alabama

Paul Pac is a con artist who has defrauded and exploited numerous victims in Cullman County.  He masquerades as a devout Catholic and claims that he moved here to be near the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Hanceville, but his real agenda is to steal from as many people as possible with his so-called construction business. The favorite targets of his scam bsuiness are the wealthy, the elderly, and devout Catholic families.  In one case, he overrran the cost of a 50,000 thousand dollar job for a kindly grandmother to a whopping $160,000 and acted like he was doing her a favor. 

In our case, he offered to sell me a house in exchange for my working with him repairing it.  The house in question was totally trashed and badly in need of repair.  After I had invested several months worth of work into the deal, Paul Pac announced that he ahd already invested 100,000 dollars into the house, which I knew was a totally ridiculous claim.  I backed out of the deal for this reason to say nothing of the fact that he was impossible to work with with behaviors that indicated to me that he was mentally unstable.  Almost a year passed before I finally managed to get him to pay me a portion of the money he owed me, and to this day he still owes me the rest of it, which is $700. 

I advise all unsuspecting Catholics to stay away from this person as he is not the devout Catholic he claims to be, and only uses this veneer as a ruse to lure people whom he deems as naive into paying for his so-called services.  I have caught him repeatedly lying, stealing from his clients, and doing totally unprofessional work that I wouldn't have him do for free.  I have also heard him numerous times make references to African Americans in language which I won't repeat here, suffice to say the guy is an avowed racist.  He even showed me a patch with a picture of a hooded klansman and a burning cross on it and he pinned it to his sleeve, wearing it all day and laughing like it was funny.  So besides being a thief, he's a bigot too.

Dealing with this criminal is a complete waste of your time and money.  Stay away from himand don't buy his phony religious talk, it's all an act.
