If any of you ever wonder why your insurance rates are so high, this is the man to blame. This scheister routinely makes misrepresentations to his own insurance carrier, Allstate in order to put forth a better premium and line his pockets. Now you might say, "cool" but he is not doing it as a favor to you and believe me , we all pay in the long run when insurance carriers get cheated out of  premiums based on unique risk, by criminals like this man. Insurance companies don't take the hit, they displace it on us, trust me. Your low rate won't last either, no ones does and this guy couldn't possibly care less what happens to you, most of his business is transient in nature and dosen't stick around long anyway. Mr. Vizzaccaro is a hard-core n**i,  and an outspoken (behind closed doors, ofcourse) advocate of a unethical insurance practice, known as red-lining. Mr. Vizzaccaro frequently expounds on what terrible customers he thinks "black people from Detroit" are, but strangely never fails to accept thier money. Mr Vizzaccaro has diluted himself into thinking he is some kind of benefactor, bringing affordable insurance to the masses, but he and others like him, and believe me, he isnt alone, are the catalyst for the insane rates we all pay. The depths of Mr Vizzaccaro's lack of integrity is shocking. His father before him engaged in the same blatently unethical business practices and today, his occupation is the ferryboat captain on the river Styx. Together, they built a fairly lucrative insurance practice, largely on the backs of minorities who were and still are, the butts of his condecending jokes. Allstste is equally to blame for allowing this criminal to operate for so long, with virtual impugnity. Don't buy insurance from these people.
