Peterson uses her status as an elderly lawyer to rip them off. She sells her elderly clients that she is supposed to protect into guardianship and takes a cut of the exorbitant fees the guardian charges. 

My friend went to her to have her Trust rewritten and Peterson told her that they would have to go to court to get it OKed. They went to court all right and my friend found out that Peterson had started a guardianship procedure on her. 

My friend was then forced into guardianship and the guardian controlls everything. The guardian gives himself $2500 a month in fees for doing nothing. Peterson goes to court and pretends to agrue against some of the fees, but in reality she gets just enough discount to pay herself what she "saved" my friend. My friend is miserable. She wanted to give money to her nieces and the guardian is spending a lot of money so that there will be nothing left. 

I could only visit for a few days but maybe this report will help someone else stay away from Peterson
