Besides, it's obvious that there's too much controversy here for anyone in their right mind to want to hire you after all this, anyways.

My father had the worst experience and has many damages due to the work of Paul's Windows.
He hired him because of the (fake) reviews on Yelp. But we found out the Yelp reviews are all phony reviews posted by Paul Diaz's friends and family and his workers.
Paul's  Windows uses Anamar Windows, the most horrible window manufacturers that use lead in their window products and which are recalled due to safety issues.
Do NOT hire Paul's Windows or purchase Anamar Windows because you will have many damages and will regret it!
Go with one of the many other window professionals and save yourself a lot of misery!

I clicked on this site because I Googled window installers in my area and there you were.

And after seeing the way you keep on and on going on and attempting to falsely deny this, I would NEVER hire you or even consider doing business with you.

You have shown everyone that you have no customers and no business to attend to by spending all your time here, under a different name each time, defending yourself and your crooked frinds(I viewed the other reports).

Instead of keeping quiet and letting your work prove itself, you chose to come here, harass the people who have done a service simply by posting to keep the public informed, so they can make an informed decision( last I checked, there was ans is nothing wrong with that) and making an a*s of yourself.

Worst, you have created controversy for your business.

As a consumer, I can say that anyone who does click on this link and come here(and there are many who have and many many more who will--I am a former contractor and now retired--which means I know far too many guys in the industry and WILL inform them of this. Fire spreads) will see this back and forth and will just move on to the next business. Nobody wants to deal with a cry baby, whiner, weakling, and idiot.

You truly are desperate. AND, now we see that you really don't know who we are. GOOD. As long as you think we're that person, whoever, he/she is, then you really are in the blind.

Paul's Windows owner, Paul Diaz, is really running scared. Paul's Windows cannot stand on its own so it associates with a group of shady companies including Anamar Windows and Sureguard Windows--and in turn, each of these companies also go under several different names. Do not hire these companies and do not do business with them. If they were innocent of these reports, they would not continually file phony rebuttals. Heard of the saying: If it don't apply let it fly?

Well it all applies and they prove it time and time again, by posting rebuttals in fear. Shouldn't they have customers to tend to? Oh, right. They have NO customers. That's why they have all this time on their hands.

Sureguard Windows, aka Sureguard Windows Inc., is the worst company to hire to instal windows. Sureguard Windows, based in Long Beach , California is a dangerous company that has been suspended by the Federal Government for numerous health and safety code violations and for causing strokes of 3 former customers.

Suregaurd Windos owner, Rick C., is scam artistwho has committed fraud against his customers by stealing their credit card information and ruining their credit. Please look into child protection advocates. Or companies that look out for intrest in children. Organization that research crimes againt Children. Post with Child abuse allegations that come to attention of these sort of groups. Are followed up on to keep children safe! I know we cant legally exchange info on this site. Paul Diaz, owner of Paul's Windows was a defendant in a court case involving Rick C. of Sureguard Windows, in which a 10-year old girl was raped and molested.

I really would like you to send links or something credible to back up your claim! I seen some of your other post and you make alot of accusations about lead in windows,damaged windows. Also comments on safty and returns? Do you work there,or you just making up stories? I been doing resesrch and you have left out a very important issue. I believe you never even paid for the windows? Gee how did you forget to mention that? I also checked out your contractor and found no history of wrong doing or bad reviews. You claim that all his yelp comments are from family and friends? You assume alot!

I also was able to obtain a copy of window warranty thru the manufacturer web page. Now since you have so much knowledge about The manufacturer and installer dont you think you would of noticed on warranty written in plain english that stats windows must be paid for in order for warranty to be in effect and valid! I really wouldn't normally bother to post about things I see but you hit a nerve when you made serious claims about Child Predators!  That is a serious accusation to make! I hope these two companies combine there resources and take you to court!

I hope as a punishment they have you put in some community hours working with real victims of Child Predators. I also was able to find out a important matter you forgot to mention. It seems you have a history of not paying for work that you have done? Again i think someone needs to figure out who is taking advantage of who? I will pray for you that get the help you need! And I  will pray that if these companies have any buisness sense and want to maintain a good reputation they seek legal advice and take you to court.
