I purchased a computer from an individual on Ebay that did not work. I contacted the seller and he told me that it was not broken when he sent it. So, I filed a claim with Ebay and was told to file a claim with Pay Pal since that is how I paid for it. Pay Pal told me to take the computer to a repairman and find out what was wrong with it and how much it was going to cost to repair it. They wanted a lot of information from a certified repairman. I called several repairmen and they wanted $85.00 to check the computer out. I paid $125.00 for the computer and I did not have another $85.00 to pay a repairman.
They only gave me 7 days to get it checked out. So, I ended up loosing $125. It seems that Pay Pal is out to protect the seller rather than the buyer. I do not use Pay Pal nor do I bid on Ebay anymore. I want people to know that if you buy from an individual on Ebay merchandise that does not work, you loose your money because Pay Pal and Ebay are big rip-off when purchasing from individuals.

They are for the companys on there also..I am going to stop using ebay and paypal all together because of it..It is getting worse every day on there..Oh, the only negetive feedback i have on ebay is retaliation from people that ripped me off on there..
I had a guy send me a empty envelope for my order.Hey,he had a tracking # for it and it showed it was delivered so paypal would not do anything..People need to open their eyes to what is going on..I wish more people would use this site as they are afraid to use negetive feedback on ebay because they know they will get it in return,even if the buyer done everything right..
This one company thought since he left me a Neg. feedback,that i would agree to have the feedback removed so i could get my neg removed..I will not agree because people need to know what he is doing..That neg is not bothering me.
