They don't want to take my payments because they can tack on extra interest and late charges
EBAY should not allow this. But the people at ebay are probably in on it.
Many people are getting the same scam.

You're not very forthcoming with the details? Generally speaking, you don't make payments to Paypal. The exceptions would be if you have a Paypal credit card or Paypal Buyer Credit or something along those lines. Is that what you mean?
