Payday Loan Resource Center; Protected ID MGT Stealing from consumers and no services rendered Phoenix Arizona

The above to merchants (Payday Loan Resource Center & Protected ID MGT) debited my account $33.98 and $17.97. I have not received any services nor signed any documentation giving them authorization to steal my funds my checking account. When you call them at the above numbers the csr's are rude, unprofessional and insist that the consumer authorize the debits, but this is Check Fraud due to the fact the merchants made up a check in order to steal your money. Not only that the csr's advise police reports need to be filed in order to get a full refund. Why? When their website states:

As the consumer wrongly charge and you know you did not visit these two websites and you submit and online refund request guess what people you are asked for password and username and unfortunately, you do not have that information at all so now you must call in for a refund. Now you tell me a company no address, rude employees no other means of contact something is wrong with this picture. I've reported one ID Protect to BBB Better Business Bureau and the second company will also be reported. I hope this helps others who is experiencing debits on his/her account.
