Payday Loan Resource Center Money Illegally Withdrawn from My Account Internet

I have fallen victim to the above-named Company. I noticed a charge of $17.93 withdrawn from my account today, 12/31/08. I also noticed $31.85 withdrawn from my account on 12/17/08. I spoke to Jeff, ID #2015 (if this is his real name) and he indicated that I signed a contract for a subscription. I explained that I did not apply for such services. Jeff indicated that he will cancel the subscription. I then asked Jeff what about the reimbursement. He indicated that I have to file a report with the police and submit same for reimbursement of the charges. I asked him why do I need to do it if you took the charges out of my account. He gave me the same response. I asked him what was his supervisor's name. Jeff indicated that Joanne Adams is his supervisor.
