Payday Mobility I took out a loan with this company for $250 now they wanna charge me $400 to pay back and take out of my account $150 until the loan is paid and the $150 does not apply to pricipal which is a scam.. Wilmington Delaware

This company Pay Mobility is a rip off a scam i took a loan for $250 now they want me to pay $400 for it and they will take out $150 out of my account until i pay off loan which will keep going up. this is a total scam bascially a person will pay like $1000 for a loan of $250 this is a scam.

The answer to your question is yes i did but they told me there was only going to be a one time charge of $150.00 and now come to find out that it's $150.00 per month and it does not apply to principle only extends your loan.

In order for the loan to go down you must pay the $150.00 plus an extra amount in which the extra amount is the only one they apply to your balance not the $150 Which is a big rip-off so basically now for a loan of $250 it's going to cost Me like damm near $600 or more i have taken the overdraft protection on My bank

so if the funds are not there it wont be paid i can't afford them to Keep trying to get extra money for me when i can i will pay this thing off And never again will i use them never seen a payday company like. This one does anyone know is there anything i can do????
