Payless Car Rental Ripoff takeing advantage of an 83 yr old Woman Sacramento California

My mother rented a car from payless car rental in Sacramento Ca a couple of weeks ago. She noticed that the windshield was cracked shortly after she left the rental place. They did there suposed walk around and thats excatly what he did was walk around the carand had her sign the paper. She could not see the crack till she was driving the car. When she returned the car the man came out looked stright at the winshield and said it was cracked she said yes That it was like that when she got it. But She could not see it from the where she was when he was looking at the car. When he took her back to the air port he put he suitcase in the trunk and stuck a paper in it instead of giving it to her saying she had cracked it.

Funny he only looked stright at the windshield and didn't even finish looking at the rest of the car. And to top it all off they keep calling her and herassing her about after she gave them her insurance information and Alstate told her they would take care of the rest for her not to worry about it. BUT they Just keep calling. SHe has been so up set over this. I finally talked to them and told them you have her insurance information Leave her alone. She is 83 years old. NO telling how long that windshields been cracked. Give me a break PAYLESS YOU want Blood from her Or what?
