I called the company for help because I had a lot of pay day loans. Oj, they assured me that they could help. I paid a great deal of money and that they will talk to the lenders for me about reducing the interest rate and I t thought they would pay with the money I paid for several months.  But to come find out the was theirs to keep

 I had to call another company Infinity PDC and will negotiate on my behalf to bring down the settlement of the loans and then I would pay the settlement.  I called Payless and said I did not read my concrete and the money was for negotiations with lenders and not to pay them off. I feel like I got ripoff and that money I paid them could have gone to the lenders instead. Do not go to Payless financial group because they will take your money and run. I need to file a civil suit on these people for misrepresenting to clients who are disability and barely made payments and learned my lesson.
