Salesrep.by name Issac Jones from Payment Systems Corp. come to our store in San Francisso to offer us better rate for credit card processing.he gave us proposal on paymentsystems worksheet paper.

It was for 1% in fees plus for trans.fee it's look very good so we agreed.

the only thing he sad we have to stay with the company for 48 months and he wants to give us a new equipment. At first we said we didn't need it we have a very good one pretty new one but he said it will be much easy than to reprogram ours and he gave a contract to sign. Then we ask to give us a copy that we can read it later he said he cannot whose he need to send to his company and than the co. will send us a copy.

Next week we recieved equipment and also  a phone call from a Global leasing co.

We start to denied that we leased but been told by GLOBAL leasing co. that they already send  commision to  PAYMENTSYSTESCORP. and that meen that we responsible for payment on the lease.

 for$126.00 for 48 month  and it's non-cancelable lease.

He schemes us to sign a lease agreement insted to give us a good rate and on the top of that when we recived statement from PAYMENTSYSTEMS.THE 1% FEE charge only on some credit card the rest is 2.9% plus fees that we have no idea what the are.

We wil file formal complains for BBB, FTC and will join with others who want legal action against PAYMENTSYSTESCORP.

Don't waste your time

AUTHOR: djh286 - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 14, 2012

Don't waste your time trying to place nice with customer service.  I tried for over 5 months with almost the exact same complaints and now I'm completely ignored by customer service at Payment Systems.  This is what they do... they scam small business owner and this it how they make their money.  I suggest you send you complaints, as you are threatening, but more important you need to send complaints immediately to your state attorney general.  Contact me and we can discuss further....and anyone else fighting this deceptive company can also contact me.  (((ROR redacted)))
