I purchased a sattelite system thru the internet w/ an email address ralstoncamera@spl.at and payed it thru my PayPal account to Ralston Optics in the amount of $220.

He was paid on Oct. 5, 2000. He said that I would get the item after 3 days. It's been a week now and I did not received the item yet.

I e-mailed him 3 times and no respond! I reported it to Paypal and they said that he was'nt a verified member so I was'nt protected and PayPal can't do anything about it.
