I need to find a telephone number for the DISPUTE Dept for Paypal Plus Credit Card(GE Money Bank). There is no telephone number to call for transaction disputes.I am the card holder, have lost $700 because the seller said that the item sent back to her was not the same after PP CC contacted her a month after I returned the item.

This is FALSE, and I can prove it with correspondence with the seller through emails for a month after sending the item back. Seller said she would refund, but had a month of excuses(I have in emails as proof of same item returned). Believe it or not, PP Credit Card tells me I lost dispute! No message sent to me, no email, nothing. I see $700 on my account 2 days ago.

There is no use in contacting their customer service reps as they are BRAIN DEAD. You can call 3 times and get 3 different answers! So to WHOM and WHERE can I send this email proof. I cannot and WILL NOT pay this $700 for something that was returned to the seller and accepted with no problem. Obviously, the seller could not pay the refund, and lied.

PLEASE HELP!

I GOT THE $700 TAKEN OFF MY PAYPAL CREDIT CARD!

Well, It's been a long haul, but I finally got the $700 taken off my PPCC!
I received alot of info here on reporting and dealing with various agencies that finally proved helpful, and my situation was resolved to my satisfaction.
However, I learned an important lesson>>>DON'T USE A PAYPAL CC! I will be terminating mine ASAP! Their customer service is TERRIBLE, and they are totally UNORGANIZED,and their supervisors are quite RUDE too! If I can evaluuate them by 2 words>>THEY SUCK!
Also, this seller is still out there selling on Ebay! I called both Ebay and Paypal and told them the whole story, and even told them to read all the documents I sent them, and they don't give a sh--! Hopefully the PPCC will track her down and make her pay the $700(I HOPE). I hope that b***h pays for the aggravation she caused me! At least her info is here now, so maybe at least another person can be spared.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PERSON IS STILL SELLING ON EBAY!
Here is her first and last email to me! There are another dozen emails of excuses between these with all BS EXCUSES! As of today, I have reported this to every agency imaginable>>and the PPCC still has the $700 on my card to pay, because on the word alone of a fraud that said item returned was not same. Now I ask you to note dates on emails. She promised refund for a month, then showed up only when they froze her account on Nov26(almost 2 months), and lied to PP and the PPCC! Paypal sent her email to PPCC and on her word, they put the $700 back for me to pay!It was a chargeback, so PayPal said they could do nothing. I would have to work with the PPCC ! I'm still fighting with this credit card company!

I am so sorry I have not contacted you before now but the food poison that I thought I had turned out to be my gaul bladder, and they removed it last week, easy surgery they just drill holes now days! Amazing! Anyway I am back home and I am still very sore but I do beleive I will be able to work tomorrow, Tuesday at the latest. And again I am very sorry but it was a little out of my control.

I recently have evidence that the seller has a criminal record of FRAUD,FORGERY, and BURGLARY! She was even an inmate for one of the charges!

There are several options here, but you will need to be VERY aggressive.
There are too many scammers on Ebay. I shut them down hard and fast.

The REAL problem is the new feedback system that ties the hands of the seller and leaves the buyer free to do whatever, without recourse [so they think].

Post EVERYTHING here!
Post the FULL name, address, phone #, email address and Ebay user id HERE!

Post every email communication.
Post every shred of evidence.

Make multiple posts to bring up the rankings in the search results.
1 item=1 post.

This will expose the scammer and possibly save others from being scammed.

And, you can always file a lawsuit.

Then file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and Office of Thrift Supervision. BOTH AGENCIES

GEMB never acknowledges complaints that come directly from customers. They just lie to you and claim that anything you may have sent as proof was never received even when you have signatures to prove it.

They only respond to complaints filed with the Office of Thrift Supervision.

Been there - done that.
