I used to enjoy ebaying as a senior citizen but have never trusted them nor pay pal when it comes to the problems I have had. They lie, pass you from one person to the otheer to the other.  They steal (paypal) as much as thy give back to ebay buyers which is all I do. I recently bought a ladies top from arta Boswell in Fort Meyers Fl off ebay and paid thru paypal as insisted. - O YES MY PURCHASE WOULD BE PROTECTED - BS!!!!  I returned the top within 2 hrs after it arrived as too small - sent back to Ft meyer with t5acking and she and up and loved to Louisville. Kentucky wihtout replying to one of my e-mails "Have you received the top back yet??"Well hell no - she had not as she had moved and left no forwrading address. At this time my post office in SC tracked the package and it has been sitting at PO in Fl where she left no forwarding address. I had finally when10 days had passed and she replied to not the 1st e-mail and my PO kept saying "for some reason it was held up at PO in ft Meyer."  Well no d**n wonder - she just snuck out of town within 2 weeks and left no forwarding address. I got it yesterday from paypal and said when isent back to her Kentucky address i, I would be eligible for refund. Well even if they get wise and ship back to me now - her 14 days of time period she refunds have passed and I am stuck  I smell a rat - she had to know she was moving and chose not to reply... Pay pal and ebay always take sellers side. THIS HAS LEFT A VERY BITTER TASTE IN MY MOUTH AND I AM DONE WITH BOTH!!   Be leery of ebay and pay pal as they are thick as 2 thieves in the nite and hpass the blame formone to the other  -yet over 95% of ebayers insist on pay pal payment.  Boycott them and especially seller mjbos

It is pretty much standard practice that when someone does not like what is posted they accuse that person of being an employee.  Doesn't really bother me, I really just wish I was an employee of every company I have been accused of working for.  So to put your mind at ease I do not work for Ebay.  What these claims usually show is that you have nothing to add and want to find a way out of your posting.

Well let me help you in this.  You posted yesterday in your other "RipOff" that you got your money back.  How come you didn't mention that in this report?  Oh I know..perhaps it was because I said it was hard to call it a RipOff yet?  So since you can't admit that you could have been wrong you just left that little piece of information out.

It really brings up the question as to who was really the dishonest one in this transaction?

Pay pal and ebay always take sellers side.
That is an incorrect statement.  You can search and find just as many sellers who claim that they were ripped off by a buyer, as buyers who claim they were ripped off by a seller.  The problem is that the "looser" in the dispute always thinks they were scammed.

First of all it is hard to even call this a RipOff yet.  Here you have someone who sells a shirt.  Actually sends it out to the Seller.  Now for the "RipOff" to actually work.  That buyer would have to then say the shirt was the wrong size and send it back.  At the same time the seller would have to move and leave no forwarding address.  Then it would take the post office to hold the package for several days so that even if the buyer gets the package back, and the buyer tried to send it back to the seller at the correct address it is past the 14 return policy.

Well if that is the "scam" you have to admit it is a pretty creative one, especially for just a shirt.  Involving everyone from the Seller, to Ebay and PayPal, to the United States Postal Service.
