PayPal Ebay Unauthorized charge to bank account cost bank fees Internet

In doing business with PayPal and ebay or any other associated vendors that accept PayPal, I ALWAYS USE MY CREDIT CARD.  PayPal always tries to default back to my bank account because they probably make more money on those type transactions. 

 July 15th, they took it upon themselves to debit my bank account $16.33 on the behalf of a vendor that I did business with three months prior. In April I made a purchase with said vendor for 387.00 AND I ALWAYS USE MY CREDIT CARD! When they took it upon themselves to debit my bank account without my knowlege, that put me below the minimum of $5000 that is my service agreement with my bank to not be assessed a monthly charge for service fee. This account charges 35.00 service fee for any month that my balance goes below the $5000 minimum.

I warn everyone that once you have an agreement with paypal, that they will do what they want with your personal funds and banking information without any warning or permission.
