*Consumer Suggestion: I know I am asking the obvious here , but
i bought maybe 3 or 4 things from a couple of e-bay sellers-someone used personal info to order things on my account.I don't think my bank believes me, I'm getting" you have to sign papers", which I'm going to. Never received items, but i didn't order them, either! Now, am almost $600 overdrafted at my bank and the overdraft fees and charges are being tacked on every day! I need my bank account, but I'm not going to get hosed like this for something i had nothing to do with! What can I do? HELP!!!

Did you respond to an email to log into your Paypal account?
Somebody got a hold of your Paypal account and is using it. You need to get it shut down.

Did you contact Paypal? IF someone hijacked your account, it should be pretty easy to find out who, just by contacting the sellers. It's all in your Paypal history, the Ebay ID, the seller's address and email, the date and amount. All you have to do is to get Paypal and Ebay involved. You can also email the sellers and try to get the address the item was shipped to, and get the police in that area involved as well.
Now, you didn't say anything, but if that person who ordered this stuff just happened to be a friend of yours, or resided at your house/apartment, then no, you are pretty much responsible for the transactions.
