I had placed an order to rootandroid.com for a software download to unlock my chinese make tablet 2.3 vimicro, I paid it through paypal and was sent through safecart which I heard for the first time. The software did not work, when contacted the tech support even they could not help me, finally requested for refund, there was no answer from them, and then I filed complaint with paypal, and again I emailed to rootandroid, I received the reply from rootandroid that they will refund, so far I havent received any refund from rootandroid.com, but the worst problem is that I received reply from paypal stating that my case is closed in favour of seller, though seller agreed to refund, paypal objected refund.
