PAYPAL, PAYPAL.COM PAYPAL HOLDING OVER $860 IN FROZEN ACCOUNT, REVERSED BANK TRANSFER AND HAS LIED TO ME ABOUT THIS MATTER AND IS STILL HOLDING MY MONEY & NOT ALLOWING ME TO WITHDRAWL IT, NOR DO ANYTHING WITH MY MONEY, IT'S MY ACCONT & MY MONEY,NOT PAYPALS ACCOUNT,NOT PAYPALS MONEY. On Oct.24th 2006 I made a transfer of Aprox. $850 from the little over $865 I had in my paypal account,Later that day paypal reversed the transfer to my bank account,which automaticly put the money back into mu paypal account,then paypal froze the account and sent me an email telling me that they that since I only had a cell phone,which happens to be the same phone number they accepted when I opened the account and Keep in mind I have and to this day have never had any claims or problems with my paypal account..When I called them they were somewhat snappy and hateful to me and told me that since I only had a cell phone that they could not help me or resolve the problem over the phone..Paypal then sent me an email and said they mailed a letter out to me that day and naturallly they letter would be mailed to the COMFIRMED mailing address on my paypal account..I was told that when I recieved the letter it would have 6 digit code that I was to go to my paypal account and type in and then someone at paypal would review my account and let me know the outcome..Simple as that ,cut and dry..Hm review my account..

Well ,Ok first of all why would they need any other information ,since they already have my bank account number,my credit card number,my name,address,phone number and probably my social security number..None f this has ever been changed since I opend the account and the information is still the same to this day. Well anyway,,It is now Nov. 7th 2006 and still no letter from paypal with the supposed 6 digit code I am to type in to paypals account resolution page..I have emailed them several times about this matter and I keep gettign the same lame auotmated reply,basicly saying they can't help me and that I am to type in the 6 digit code that they mailed me ,I assume this is supposedly to verifiy the fact that I recieved the letter at the address on my paypal account which happens to be the same address on my bank account,billing address for my credit card,etc,etc..Ok well so far no letter has arrived and paypal is still refusing to allow me access toMY $865 in MY ACCOUNT and seems to be in no hurry to respond personally about the matter ,nor basicly respond at all..I am wanting to find others that paypal has done wrong and strat a class action lawsuit against paypal ,If anyone is interesed in jumping on the wagon with me on this,please send correspondence to R. Lynch 806 Mission Ridge Road,Rossville Ga. 30741..No the account is not in that name, I have a family member that also had an account closed by paypal for supposedly violating a new policy that pay pal adopted in early 2006 and tried to freez his funds for 6 months, he bugged the crap out f them and threatened to sue for discrimination,"no he is a white male caucsion" but he obviosuly made a good enough pint to them about why and how he could sie them for discrimination and they allowe d him to withdrawl all of his funds from paypal and transfer then to his bank account within a few weeks after having his account frozen..LOL..Imagine that..He had also been ripped off by an ebay seller that he paid through his paypal account in which he never recieved all of his money back on that sour deal and paypal refused to answer his question as to where the rest of the money was and who has it or who got to keep it..Anyway..So now that is another horror story about how unsafe paypal and ebay truly is..Ebay basicly uses paypal to run the show for every seller and buyer on ebay..Ebay shoul dnot be allowe dto use a company they own for a payment service for ebay purchases..I think that would fall somewhere under a legal conflict of interest clause..I know it would in a court of law given a different situation..Been there done that..ANyway if anyone is interested in jining me to file a class action law suit against paypal please let me know..Also ,if there is an attorney out there that would like to handle this case,please let me know..As of this time I do not have an attorney to handle this case or help with a filing a class action lawsuit agaisnt paypal ,but I will gladly do mypart if an attorney wants to handle this case..Thanks for reading all of this crying about the someday to be out of business online payment company and ebays adopted inbred child paypal..Ebay should be in court for conflict of interest for using paypal to basicly control sales and payment iptions on ebay..That should be a crime within it's self and ebay really is not anyones friend ,nor a good place to do bisness with anymore..It is obvious to anyone with half a brain to see how ebay uses paypal to manipulate sales and payment online payment options on ebay..Sadly eough so many peolle have been told to trust paypal and ebay and paypal make it so easy for people to use paypal that hey are hooked on it like a bunch of mindless cattle being led to slaughter..Come on people don;t be so lazy and nieve,,if only new what ebay sellers have to deal with you would not support paypal and would also try supporting other auction sites ,so we can take a little power form those parinoid control freaks at ebay and paypal.Use bidpay or some other comapny for online payments,don;t force peopel to use paypal ,like ebay basilcy does..Ebay basicly owns and operates paypal,get it?..Paypal is a lies to it's customers and treats them lie crap if there is ever a problem plus they charge for sellers a fee for every paymnt you sed a seller ,which in turn only drives up the price for what you buy in ebay,whetheryou realize it or not,Good grief is the average public actuall too stupid t realize or this or too lazy to care? IN closing, PAYPAL is a bad thing,not a good thing, Ebay is alos becoming not such a good thing anymore and they should be ashamed of themselves for using paypal to control sales and online payment options on ebay..EBay really sucks just as bad if not worse than paypal whne it comes to ethics and doing what is right for the buying public and online auction business..Oh and all of the ebay commercials you see on Television..Well the sellers and you the buyers are paying for that advertisng everytime you list,buy or sell an item on ebay..Why do you think ebay rased the listing and seller fees and then suddenly they have commercials all over Televison..As for the new iprovemnets ot ebay,wel those have something less to be desired as well and have slowed down the download time of ebay pages,maiking it actually more time consuming for anyone to list an item on ebay and many times the shipping part is all messed up on a sellers auction..That brings up another issue ,why is this happening?,,More parinoid greediness on ebays part to make more money..They changed how the shipping section on ebay's listing form so they could easily keep better track of who is selling a $20 item for a dollar and charging $25 for shipping when they actually ship the item for about a $2 to $5 dollars or less,which allows the seller to actualy make what he should make off of the item in the first place and avoid being riped off by ebay's high listing and selling fees..Ebay is not anyones friend,ebay os out for ebay only and to make as much money as they can without any regaurd to anyone's personal well being or or getting a good deal..ebay sucks fr being the greedy manipulative blood sucking weasles that hey are and using paypal to basicly cause problems and low sales or bid prices to any seller who doesn't accept paypal. Yes this is what ebay does and it should'nt take a rocket scientest to figure that out..Just try selling on ebay,not accept paypal and see how your sales will deminish or how much lower the final winning bid price will be if you make it clear and state on your auctions that you do not accept paypal..What few do buy from you will either demand on paying you by paypal,even though if the idoits were paying attention and would take the time to read a sellers accepted payment methods befor ebidding or using ebays BUY IT NOW option,they would see that paypal is not an accepted payment option,but guess what,most people just won't pay you for the item or will mail payment very late and they seem to refuse to use bidpay,which bipay needs to should make it easier for buyers to use anyway,but who knows what bidpay is anyway right? They don't have ebay's support to inform people about bidpay,why? because ebay wants everyone to use paypal of course....If bidpay ever became any real competition for paypal,ebay would just ban bidpay as an accepted online payment option on ebay,just as they did with google and other online payment companys,The givernmant needs to put a stop to ebay controlling things and make them stop allowing the use of paypal as basicly the only truly used and ebay supported accepted payment method on ebay to..Yes, ebay is run by a bunch of greedy,parinoid control freaks..Well that's all..I hope I have shed some light on how ebay and paypal works,not that anyone that anyone that hasn't had a problem with either will probably really care,nor ever come to this site or any other site to learn a thing or two about this and even if they did ,they stil would'nt care and would continue using paypal to pay for items purchased on ebay..Ebay and paypal have become to big for their pants and our government or someone needs to put a stop to this madness,but they are probably getting a kickback from eay and paypal or finacially benifitting from it to the tne of millions,if not billions of dollars,which is probably why ebay andpaypal is aloowed to operate the way they do and get away with it..The lazy misinformed people of today will be the dimise of the world someday and someone in government will know when you used the bathroom last,took a shower and what kind of products you used in doing so and of course if you use a credit or debit card for most topay for practicly everything you buy,they basicly already know or have access to information as to what you buy with practicly every penny you earn,what you drive,where you buy fuel,etc,etc,Bet ya didn't know that or even care now that you do know,huh?,What is that starting to sound like to you? Hmm ,let freedom ring it's silent bell,they call this a free country,but nothing is really free..The drug problem in America will be one of the biggest sales pitch to eliminate the exsistance of cash money in America..With everything that is wrong and no one seems to care unless it becomes a problem for them,it almost makes me wanna move to another planet,because this one is doomed if people don't wise up and stop being so lazy and dumb and allowing someone else to control so much of their life..LOL.. Later people I guess someone is investigating me,after me or looking into me now..LOL..Whatever. Wow if this has a bunch of errors ,i hope you can make sense of it al ,cause,I'm just too lazy to check for and corect ay erros,I meant correct any errors...LOL
