PayPal.com/Cash Paypal Cash They take your money and hold it for days or even weeks Nationwide

PayPal.comCash/ is a service that allows you to load cash into your PayPal account instantly using a cash card which is purchased at a store such as CVS. Service is advertised as "instantly " add funds to your account. For this service they charge $3.95.

Heres what happens I bought two cards one for $150 plus the $3.95 and one for $250 plus the $3.95. When I went to the web site to put the money into my paypal account I get this message: Sorry, the redemption of your My Cash card could not be completed at this time.
Please try again, and if the problem isn't resolved, then call My Cash card customer service at 855-721-5035.

My Cash Error Code = 203

You call the phone number where you are put on hold for anywhere  from 5 to 15 minutes. You are then told that your card cant be varified or your PayPal account cannot be varified even though you were logged into it from their website. Now in order to have your funds which were supposed to be instantly available you have to send PayPal.comCash/ a picture of yor receipts and picture of the cash cards front and back and a photo ID. This is all to be sent to VRNdisputes@INCOMM.com along with a case number which has now been assigned to you.

This process they tell you will take at least 3 days perhaps longer. They are supposed to "unlock" your cash cards to continue the process of getting your cash into your account instantly. If this does not work you are instructed to send a copy of the receipts a copy of the cash cards front and back and a copy of your photo ID to:PayPal My Cash Card Customer Service
PO Box 832   Fortson, GA 31808 You then may receive a refund check in the mail

When contacting PayPal about this they claim that this is another Company they cannot help. As a PayPal member for 16 years I find this whole process unacceptable.

PayPal.comCash/ has my money $400.00 plus the $7.90 in fees and will not let me have it. The CVS cannot refund the purchase after the cards haver been activated.

This is nothing more then a scam to use our money for days on end or perhaps weeks in some cases collecting interest and the fees and then making the consumer jump through hoops to have his or her funds released back to them minus a hefty service fee for terrible borderline criminalaction.
