I intend to start a class action lawsuit against Payza. They are now, once again, holding all USA funds because the same thing is happening again i.e. they claim someone else has the money. The did the same thing last year and I lost $600. Now I stand to lose another $1000. I have tried for OVER 2 MONTHS to get a few bank transfers done (Paypal always does these in 24-48 hours). In 2 months, here are the excuses and I have ALL of the copies of their emails, chats, and phone records:

1.)   Backlog

2.)   ACH technical problems

3.)   ACH backlog

4.)   ACH technical problems again

5.)   You should have it in 1-3 business days (7 weeks ago)

6.)   ACH backlog

7.)   (Today 2 Sept 2014) Their agent is holding the funds and they do not seem to know why – which is basically the same as last year. And they have no idea when, if ever, I will get my money.

I have done some preliminary checking and they just do not have the funds. It appears that they have spent OUR money and that is why you can not get a bank withdrawal.

Payza will tell you that they are okay and I am lying to you. Go ahead and request a bank transfer especially if you are in the USA. Can’t be done…screwed again…like last year. They obviously do not have the money and lie continuously to stall you until they do. It is Peter paying Paul – almost a Ponzi scheme.

I have had enough of their scam and lies. If you have been cheated by Payza and want to join in a class action lawsuit then please email me at payzastolemymoney@gmail.com with the details. Pass this on to anyone who uses Payza. If you are an attorney, or know of a good one, then please email me as well. If we do not sue them then we will NEVER get our money. You have been warned people. This is for real and not just someone mad at Payza for a little thing. I am out over $1600 myself now. Who else is being cheated?

Here is their last response as of today (OVER 2 months now):

Please forgive the delay in replying to your issue; unfortunately, no one was available to assist you with this matter last Friday and we were closed on Monday as this was a holiday.

As we've advised, the matter is out of our hands for the time being. While we regret the inconveniences you may have experienced in the past, we'd like to remind you that the services we are able to provide are circumstantial of our partners and the regulatory environment of the countries in which our clients are based.

It is not our intention to hold funds unduly but rather to facilitate transactions to the best of our abilities following the guidelines and principles set out by our partners and the authorities. Payza has completed your request at your demand but the issue now lies with one of our partners who is experiencing difficulties. Due to the extraneous nature of the issue, we do not have a set time frame for when this will be resolved but are in close contact with our partners on the issue and will advise our members when we have more news.

In light of the current issue we are barring any further transactions through this partner until they've resolved the issue. We are hoping this will provide them with some incentive to accelerate in achieving a resolution.

In the meantime, while we regret the situation you're in, you're very welcome to submit a complaint through the appropriate channels and we'll make sure to provide you with the latest information as it becomes available.

Thanks for contacting us, it was great to be able to serve you today.

Best regards,

Sandy

Security does not matter in this case since it is a 100% inhouse transaction by Payza. And since that is the case, and since you admitted that the actual transfer takes minutes, then why have I not received my funds yet? 25 hours and counting - and you promised to expedite it because of all the crap you put me through for the last 6 weeks.

Your story

I will reply to the rest once I get my money which you still have. Secuirty measure? Did you not understand what transpired? The cash was in my account that you are holding. And YOU do the transaction. So - you had to check to be sure that YOU were trustworthy??? Please give me my funds. I have done bitcoins and know the process/. More stalling and more time wasted.

Buying Bitcoin Through Payza

AUTHOR: Payza - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, September 03, 2014

Hi Mike, Rob here again. I am not sure which part of my response you feel is "quite the lie" but I can assure you everything in my response is accurate.

Regarding the time-frame of the Withdrawal by Bitcoin feature: A Bitcoin withdrawal takes 1-3 business days to process, this is clearly stated when you initiate a Bitcoin withdrawal on our site. While the actual transfer of bitcoins to your Bitcoin Wallet takes a matter of minutes, for security reasons all Bitcoin withdrawals must be reviewed before they can be completed.

This review process is a security measure implemented as much for the benefit of our users as for our own risk mitigation. Imagine if your account information was compromised and a hacker tried to empty your Payza balance to their Bitcoin Wallet. Without this protection there would be no way to re-acquire that money once the bitcoins were sent. This is just one scenario that demonstrates the need for a strict review process on our part.

Still waiting Payza

AUTHOR: Mike - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, September 03, 2014

First - I would prefer to communicate with a corporate officer as your story is quite the lie. Even your own people admit that no one knows what the other is doing (supposedly). Also - I am waiting for Bitcoin which is my ONLY option that you give me to get my funds. It has been 24 hours and your fraud dept has finished checking it. Checking what??? Whether you can trust yourself? You have the funds and you are buying the bitcoib - what is there to check for fraud? I will write more depending on if I get MY money. Still waiting. So far 24 hours for a 10 minute transaction.

Response from Payza

AUTHOR: Payza - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 02, 2014

Hi Mike, my name is Rob. I work at Payza and would like to apologize for the issues you've faced. This problem is isolated to ACH Bank Transfers in the US, other US deposit and withdrawal methods such as Credit Card, eGift Card and Bitcoin are still working as normal, as are Bank Transfers outside of the US.

Our team is in the process of resolving these issues, and from what I understand from the message you've received, your recent Bank Transfer Transaction was indeed completed by Payza. However, if I understand correctly, our banking partner has yet to fulfill the transaction. I expect if this transaction was recently completed by Payza than our partner should fulfill it shortly.

From your report,  apart from 1 instance when you mention our team told you 7 weeks ago that your transaction should be completed in 1-3 business days, it appears you were given consistent information.

I'm a little curious if you could provide more details about the timeline, you claim to be waiting over 2 months for your bank transfer withdrawal to be completed, but Payza's services in the U.S. only resumed 2 months ago, at the beginning of July. It seems some parts of your story are missing or inaccurate.
