Payza is a licensed payment processor that operates under specific rules and regulations. Any violation of those rules could have detrimental impact on our business and may result in excessive penalties fees and loss of jurisdiction. Being as such these rules and regulations are determining factor on how our business operates. As an example, a simple over the counter pain relief medicine may not be illegal, however a regulatory body may not permit sale of these items through their system.

Payza operates within legal parameters of our User Agreement, which is a legally binding document between you and Payza. Before our services can be utilized each client is required to agree and abide by that agreement indicating that you have agreed to these legal terms as you have knowingly transacted despite the fact of previously being advised of this violation.

All actions taken are within legal rights of Payza. They are done to ensure protection and integrity of our business and are not done with an intent to damage your business or reputation. Based on your reply you are uttering threats of tarnishing the company image that appear to be driven by emotion rather than facts. As a result we must advise you that slander is punishable by law and you will be held accountable for damages incurred.

Hi Chris from Payza community support.

You have been informed incorrectly that my issue has been privately responded to -- other then if you are reffering to the computer generated email stating that you will not be returning my account balance of $1039.

Your responce and inactivity on this issue is NOT acceptable.

You claim that it is in the interest of your privacy to not discuss customer details in a public form and yet you had no problem addressing me by my given name (a blatent disregard of MY private details, as this was my business account) You had absolutely no right to do that, nor withhold my account for 180 telling me I could withdraw it at the end of the term, and then later disolve the balance. I have all the proof, all the screenshots, all the email trails.

I will be looking into my legal options to this, as I am coming to Montreal in the coming weeks and I plan to file suit. Refund my money, End of Story. What you are doing is criminal.

Nothing has come of this. Payza stole all my money from my personal  (1,000.00) and business accounts ($600), I intend to claim it on my taxes. Hopefully the Canada Revenue Agency will look into it. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE CROOKED CRIMINALS CALLED ALERTPAY, PAYZA or MH Pillars. Almost 2k gone, to these cyber criminals. BE FOREWARNED. I will change this reply if I ever am refunded my rightful money. Check my email trails screenshots and proof.. I have everything.
