Arrived at our business on Tuesday December 14 2010 to find our computer over run by viruses, worms ready to take over our compter. The only way to get rid of this was to purchase PC Bug-Repair for $79.95. I thought this was kind of odd that the only way to free our computer was to purchase this single security shield.

Needing the computer for business and checking out the costomers we had know choice but to purchase this pc Bug-repair. Once we gave our creidt card number and information all the viruses dissappeared. I then started asking around and looking on the internet and found more complaints about this company, on how they would infect a computer and force you to buy their services. I received a report of the money being withdrawn from account. recieved an E-mail confirmation and noticed there wasno contact name or address for the company. I was not reallysent any thing on what a life time service would be.

I to believe know that these people have been ripping off businesses and others by flooding a computer with thier make shift viruses then removing them onceweare frustratedof their struggles of removing the viruses with their own security sheild. I also would like a refund of the $79.95. ThesePC Bug peopleneed to be stopped!

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Always keep your computer security up to date!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

If you had a GOODsecurity program on your computer that was UP TO DATE, it would not have gotten infected. I see so many people running computers on the internet with little or no protection. GOOD anti-virus and security programs are NOT optional. If you get on the intenet at all, you MUST have them. But, people are cheap, and think they can "get by" without it. These people always learn the hard way.

WHY would you pay the same scammers that infected you??? That's just stupid.
