PC Care 247 They said they represented Norton security, told me if i didnt buy the upgraded help my computer wouldn't last a week internet

I had a posable virus on my computer ( soposably ) a box poped up on my screen looked just like norton andsaid norton, so i called the phone number and i shouldve realized right then because they asked who i was calling about, i said norton, they put through a tech support gut who then gained remote access to my computer, he was on it for 10 to 15 min, before he told me that if i was luckey my computer would last a week , 4 weeks best, if i bought this package they would go in remove all the bad virus"s and i could call them back any time i had an isue and they would go into my computer remotly probably to look for credit card info or personal info, they were from i believe India, i had a hard time understanding them and got an attitude when i said i need to talk to someone else, so i ended buying a plan for 200, they tryed to sell me plans for all the computers in the house, i refused, the report i read from Maria is dead on, the whole time i thought i was talking with nortons tech support, then one day i tryed calling and got nothing, i ended up googleing there name and came across an article with people whos storries were just like mine.
