Michael Braid 50% creator of PC Doctor OnCall and 50% equity shareholder of PC Doctor OnCall, Inc was NOT EVEN a party to the merchant account and was refused by Bank of America to wire any monies to marketing companies, resellers and customers demanding a refund. His business partner had defrauded him and that explained why John Bryson had conveniently ignored 2 months of emails and calls and messages. As the technical officer and customer support agent he had stopped providing any refunds or support for the product from around June 2002 time.
