I had the unfortunate occasion to contact PC Help Station on today's date.  The representative/technician by the name of Reegan Dsousa, i.d. 11030, began by insisting he needed "remote access" to my computer to download a driver for my digital camera that was not loading photos into the computer.  I asked for him to send me the download and I would download it myself.  He indicated "it would not work that way and he had to download it."  Reluctantly, I gave him access to my computer to fix this problem (while I was online with him) and only this problem.  Reegan looked at a couple of sites, including HitmanPro which apparently, is an anti-virus software site.  Reegan then said "I'm not supposed to do this but I will for you" referring to helping remove some "extra unneeded programs" from my computer.  "Reegan" proceeded to go to my personal photos and asked if it was me in one particular photo.  He then remarked on how cute I was!  He continued this for several minutes, despite my insistence I was in a hurry and wanted him to download the driver only, not comment on my looks.  Reegan continued to go on about how cute I was and then said he needed "at least two hours of remote access to my computer".  Really?  I think not!  Reegan then asked for money for the services!  Again, I think not!

I immediately asked for his supervisor and advised how inappropriate he was.  He then said he was going to get his supervisor and put me on hold for a long period of time before he disconnected me.  I immediately called back and purportedly spoke with his supervisor, Adam Collis (who refused to give his i.d.number). I explained to Mr. Collis what transpired with his employee, Reegan and how I was about to call the police for the inappropriateness of Reegan.  Mr. Collis begged me not to call the police, apologized and said he would help me with the problem.  I then saw (through remote access) that Mr. Collis was erasing the entire dialogue (online) between Reegan and myself.  I asked him NOT to delete it and he quickly deleted it in it's entirety and then I saw my recycle bin being deleted.  I advised Mr. Collis I would be contacting the police and he disconnected the phone!
