PC-OnTime Pcinfinity Ripoff unresponsive deceptive bait and switch lying Pompano Florida

I placed an order for a MSI K8N Neo-V motherboard with a Sempron CPU using pricewatch on 29 Dec, 2005. After I entered my credit card information, I learned that the motherboard was substituted with a MSI K8MM-V. The next day, I called PC-Ontime and informed them that I didn't want the K8MM-V motherboard and wanted to cancel the order. They informed me that they would indeed send me the K8N Neo-V for the same price, so I didn't cancel the order. However, they never updated my receipt with the MSI K8N Neo-V and I never received a delivery date or tracking number. After numerous emails and telephone calls, I still have no information on my order except that they charged my credit card $124.97. I have no idea whether my order was actually shipped, and whether I will receive it or not. I called 800-219-5096 at least 5 times and the individual answering always said they would send a tracking number, but this never happened. I also called the pcinfinity.net number, 440-389-5940, several times and was always placed on hold for up to 30 mins without speaking to anyone. I sent numerous emails to both support@pcinfinity.net and PC-OnTime.com that have gone unanswered. As of January 18, 2006 I still haven't recieved my order. At this point, I'm ready to cancel the order, but I'm unsure that my cancel request will actually be acknowledged. Because of these problems, I'm ready to file formal complaints with the State of Florida and the BBB.
