We are a design and contracting company. We have oredered several items online at PC Richard & son.
In august we have specified a wall sleeve AC 110V, they deliverd the 220V.
It took us 3 weeks to get the first after sales repairs comapny to come out to our client.
Something called Shavani refrigerator showed up and asked my client $300 toreplace the AC, never heard about that before.
Many phone calls have followed, hours on the line with customer service been transfered from one departemnt to another.
Sales represenative making fun of the issue, while believing they were on mute.
Aftre 2 months of extentauting phone calls we got a second appointment with the after sale repiars who finally said that teh AC was the wrong model.
After that, PC richard & son, they disappeared , wont pick up or return calls anymore.
Our clients is obviuoskly pissed, 2 months and half with wrong AC, paid full price.
