PC Security Solutions is a scam!! This company will contact you by phone and tell you that your current computer support provider has either died or gone out of business and that they are now “taking over for them”. Using death as a sales pitch is a disgusting, pathetic thing to do. They called me and it sounded weird so I googled PC SECURITY SOLUTIONS LLC and i found absolutely nothing. No website, the phone number they called me from was not listed online, a google search didn’t pull up any businesses with that name, no BBB page, NOTHING! I played along for a little bit until they wanted my credit card number. I believe they were trying to process my credit on something called CF Mercantile? I guess thats how they take payments I am not sure but if you see that on your credit card statement you need to call your bank and dispute it immediately!! I spoke to two men named Steven Rivers and John Anthony, they did not have any foreign accents. They told me my technician was dead, how disgusting!! THIS IS A SCAM! HANG UP IMMEDIATELY! They called me from this number 844-559-2466  BEWARE they want to take your money and disappear!!
