Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Avoid using this service! Lead technician Mike is rude and greedy. i got a Microsoft office program/key from him that did not work correctly. Most likely because the info he was charging me for was hacked on his end.
They over charge and then try to get more money out of you a couple months later.
one of their sales people talked us into paying over $750 for computer repair!
I suggest anybody looking for an honest computer repair company look elsewhere!

I am Michael, the owner....your story doesn't add up bc we only charge $30-60 for ms office or Windows 8.1 keys and I haven't even had access to that vendor since June. Also who are you? Do u even have an account with us? Reply with your name so I can confirm u actually have an account with us and I will happily refund any funds to you. The dollar amounts you are speaking about don't make any sense we don't even charge that much money for a repair lol....I'm beginning to think this is my ex gf trying to bash my company, in which case I'll have to call my attorney tomorrow morning.
