PC Works, Hamilton, Ohio PC Works didn't WORK for me, they got over $150 of my Social Security and messed up my PC.. Hamilton Ohio

   In March 2014, I took my Computer into PC Works to have a virus removed and when I recieved it back, my Microsoft Office program was gone.  I have spent the last unsuccessfully 9 months trying to resolve this matter with PC Works and the Better Business Bureau.  PC Works has refused to refund my $150.00 service charge or to compensate or replace my Microsoft Office. 

PC Works' response was and I quote, "There is No Way, am I going to replace Microsoft Office    return the service charge".

   With my supporting evidence, it is so obvious that PCW's is wrong and they're outwardly cheating me.. Their customer service, attitude and ethics are unacceptable and their honesty is obviously in question.  As for my supporting documentation;  1.  I have my store receipt showing that Microsoft Office was installed on my Computer at the time of purchase;  2.  I have Word documents saved on my computer, dated the day before PCW worked on it. 

I believe that I'm being more than fair in asking for a $270 refund, considering  I'll have additional costs of having another company download the new program. 

Draw your own conclusions but what chances do you have when it is so obvious that PC Works is in the wrong.
