Purchased pccare.com through link on Norton. Thought it would be reputable since Norton has a good rating. Paid $700. to have 2 computers cleaned of virus and contracted till 8/2014.

Need their service now in 1/2013 and all phone lines run busy. No one answers emails, but they are still advertising their service on line. Don't get ripped off like I did!

Be aware! Definitely will rip you off!
