Pcfs Financial Services ripoff Cinncinnati Ohio

My name is Tami I hold a mortgage with PCFS Mortgage Company also And in the year that they have owned our mortgage it has been a nitemare to say the least.In August we decided to refiance for a lower interest rate so we started looking around I called PCFS and ask them what rate they would give us and if we refianced
with them what about the pre-payment penalty.

they said there would be none because we were staying with the same bank. So we went back to our orngial mortgage broker and refianced our loan. My atty asked for the payoff including our pre-payment pentalty not know that pcfs was going to also services our loan,
They sent our atty one price the closing was put off for a few days and so the atty called agian for a payoff even through the first payoff was good.

This time it came in $4000.00 more so they called back and spoke with them about if and got another payoff price,.This time it only came in $1159.00 We tired to fight with them and it did not good so in order them to release out loan we had to send an addtional 1159.00 So our loan is payed off and then we get a letter in the mail with a payment coupon for pcfs mortgage company again they are serviceing our mortgage.

They are always not cooperative and very impersonable to their loan customers.They try to steal has much money as possible from the middle low income homeowner the ones that cant afford to hire a high priced atty to get back what this company has taken from so many middle low income familys
